Treating your dashboard

It’s necessary to clean the cars dashboard periodically to ward of disease causing germs.

Wondered why after an interior wash of your car, the dashboard and seat plastics are still grimy, dirty and white-ish? You just may need a dashboard treatment.

Dirty car interiors can be both gross and unhealthy. The dashboard, arm rest and door handles are hotbeds for germs that can make us sick. Hence, it's important to ensure your dashboard is kept clean.

Here are some items best suited for treating your dashboard:

  1. Soft Microfiber Cloth
  2. Water and Mild Soap
  3. Toothbrush or Soft Paintbrush (gets out dirt stuck between the contours)
  4. Polish (Formula 1 is a great product to use).

You may use these once every month or every quarter to keep your dash clean. This type of cleaning takes time, but the result is great. If you don't have the time, visit the nearest car wash, and you'll be happy you did.
